Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Items that have been customized in any way (length, color, etc) are not eligible for refunds.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopify@custombarpads.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Custom Bar Pads 1602 US HWY 259 N Kilgore TX 75662.
Return shipping is at buyers expense. We will refund the amount of the item only, no shipping will be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge. Photos will be required to process a claim.
We guarantee our products to be free of defects for one year. If a product fails please contact us at shopify@custombarpads.com for replacement.
Any of our products that are damaged by other means (even if your dog chewed it up) will be replaced at no charge and you'll only be asked to pay for the shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been customized in any way (color, length, etc.) are not returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
