Renthal, Pro-Taper, Mika, etc. Companies have their own pad shapes and some companies have multiple shapes that all do the same job.
Below you will find examples of all the major brands and shapes. We have templates for all of them.
Don't panic if you don't see yours, we can make a template with just some simple, detailed measurements and a couple of pictures.
Bar Pad Styles
The Ubiquitous Pro-Taper 1.0 design used by them for several years and copied by many other companies.
Pro-Taper 2.0 and Factory Effex Bulge Premium. This is the current version coming with Pro-Taper bars and what you often get when buying after market pads.
Renthal Fatbar 1 1/8th. Standard Fatbar pad, comes stock on some Hondas.
Renthal Fatbar 36. Note the 36 on the end of the pad. These have different dimensions than the standard Fatbar shape.

Factory Effex Bulge standard and earlier Factory Effex pads.
Neken (KTM, Husky, Gas Gas)
Older Yamaha pad made from styrofoam (EPS)
